These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with ProgressPlay Limited as operator of Conquer Casino for the UK-facing project Conquer Casino, available via the website https://conquarcasino.com ("Website"). By registering an account or using any services on the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and continue to apply in 2026 until replaced or amended in accordance with the section "Changes to Terms".
Definitions
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following words have the meanings set out below:
- "Operator", "we", "us", "our" means ProgressPlay Limited, a limited company registered in Malta with company number C58305, having its registered office at Soho Office, The Strand, Fawwara Building, Gzira, GZR 1027, Malta, licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39335 for the provision of remote gambling services to British players on, among others, Conquer Casino at conquarcasino.com.
- "Website" means the online gambling website operated by the Operator for the project Conquer Casino at the domain conquarcasino.com, including all pages, subdomains, mobile and tablet versions.
- "Conquer Casino" means the online casino brand made available to you via the Website under the project Conquer Casino.
- "User", "Player", "you", "your" means any natural person who accesses the Website and/or registers an account and participates in the gambling services offered on the Website.
- "Account" means a personal, non-transferable player account registered in your name with the Operator on the Website.

Before you can deposit or gamble, or at any time thereafter, we may require documents such as a copy of your passport or ID card, proof of address (for example a utility bill or bank statement), and, where appropriate, evidence of source of funds or wealth. User obligations and account security
- Accuracy of data: You warrant that all information you provide during registration and throughout your relationship with us is true, accurate and complete in all respects. You must immediately update your Account details if they change. We may suspend or close your Account, and void Bets or Bonuses, if we discover or reasonably suspect that information is incorrect or misleading.
- Login credentials: You must choose a secure password and keep your username and password confidential at all times. You are responsible for maintaining adequate security of your devices and access to your email account. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, unless you have notified us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.
- Prohibition of third-party use: You may not allow any other person to use your Account, and you may not use any other person's Account. You must not sell, transfer or acquire an Account. We may void Bets and confiscate funds where we have evidence of Account sharing, third-party use or Account takeover that you could reasonably have prevented.
- AML and affordability checks: To comply with anti-money laundering ("AML") and safer gambling obligations, we may at any time request additional information or documents regarding your income, occupation, gambling spend and financial circumstances. Until satisfactory information is provided, we may restrict or suspend your Account, decline deposits and withhold withdrawals in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Account closure and self-exclusion: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. For temporary breaks or long-term Self-Exclusion (including via GamStop), you must follow the procedures described in our responsible gambling information on the Website. Self-Exclusion is designed as a serious measure and cannot be easily reversed during the exclusion period.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing bets and game participation
- Game rules: Each Game offered on the Website is governed by its own specific rules, pay tables and, where applicable, live casino house rules provided by the relevant software supplier. By placing a Bet you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the Game in question. In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms and Game-specific rules, the Game-specific rules will prevail for that Game.
- Bet limits: Minimum and maximum Bet amounts are determined for each Game and may vary between tables, stakes and player segments. These limits are displayed within the Game interface or the Website cashier. We may adjust Bet limits at any time, provided that changes do not affect Bets already placed and accepted.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it is confirmed by our servers and appears in your Game history or Account balance. If there is any disagreement about the details of a Bet, the information recorded on our servers will be decisive, subject to your statutory rights and the outcome of any investigation.
- Availability of Games: We do not guarantee that all Games will be available at all times. Bets already accepted on Games that are subsequently removed will be settled in the ordinary course.
Cancellation, modification and settlement of bets
- No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted by our systems, you may not cancel or modify it. Bets that you attempt to cancel after confirmation will stand unless we decide, in our sole discretion and in line with regulatory obligations, to void or refund the Bet due to a clear error or technical issue.
- Malfunctions and errors: In the event of a clearly demonstrable technical malfunction, misconfiguration, interrupted transmission, or Game software error (including but not limited to obvious mis-payouts, incorrect odds, or erroneous Game results), all affected Bets may be voided and, where appropriate, your stake may be refunded. We will not be liable for any potential winnings that would have been obtained absent such malfunction.
- Disconnection: If your connection to the Website is lost while playing a Game, the outcome may still be determined based on the Game logic. In such cases, the result will remain valid and reflected in your Account balance when you reconnect. For certain Games, you may resume the Game from the point of disconnection. - RNG and fairness: For non-live Games, outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator ("RNG"). The RNG is tested by independent laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Bonus Terms
General bonus conditions
- Supplementary rules: Bonuses and Promotions on Conquer Casino at conquarcasino.com are subject to these Terms and to any specific rules published in the relevant offer, as well as our detailed Bonus Policy available at https://conquarcasino.com/bonus-policy. In case of conflict, the specific promotion terms and the Bonus Policy will prevail over this section in relation to that offer.
- Eligibility: Bonus offers may be limited to newly registered players, existing players, particular segments, payment methods or time periods. We may require you to opt in via a bonus code, checkbox or similar mechanism. We reserve the right to withhold or remove a Bonus if you do not meet eligibility criteria or if we reasonably suspect abuse.
- Bonus credits: Unless clearly stated otherwise, Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements and other conditions are met. Wagering requirements and time limits
- Wagering multipliers: Each Bonus will be subject to a specific wagering multiplier (for example, a requirement to wager the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount a certain number of times). The applicable multiplier and calculation method will be stated in the promotion details and/or Bonus Policy.
- Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute differently towards Wagering Requirements. Some Games may contribute 100%, others a lower percentage, and certain Games may be excluded entirely. The contribution table and list of excluded Games are set out in the Bonus Policy and may be updated from time to time.
- Timeframes: Bonuses are generally subject to an expiry period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days from activation), during which Wagering Requirements must be completed. If Wagering Requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any winnings generated from it may be forfeited. Bonuses credited and used in 2025 will remain subject to their stated validity periods and may extend into 2026 where specified.
Prohibited actions and bonus abuse
- Restricted betting patterns: Certain betting strategies are considered bonus abuse and are prohibited, such as placing single Bets of disproportionately high value compared with previous wagers, significantly reducing your stake after a large win, or using low-risk strategies (including equal, zero-margin or hedge betting) solely to clear Wagering Requirements. The Bonus Policy includes non-exhaustive examples of such behaviour.
- Game restrictions: Some Games or Game types may be excluded from play with Bonus Funds, or may be prohibited until Wagering Requirements have been met. Attempting to circumvent these restrictions, including by using software or exploiting errors, may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
- Multiple-account and payment abuse: Using multiple Accounts, shared devices, VPNs, proxy servers, disposable payment methods or chargebacks with the primary purpose of obtaining unfair bonus advantages is strictly prohibited. We may cancel Bonuses, void winnings and close Accounts where we reasonably conclude that bonus abuse has occurred.
Combining and cancelling promotions
- Non-combinability: Unless explicitly permitted in the specific promotion terms, only one active welcome or deposit Bonus may be in play at a time. You may not combine multiple deposit-based Bonuses on the same funds, and we reserve the right to determine the order in which Bonuses are applied.
- Player-initiated cancellation: You may be able to cancel an active Bonus via your Account or by contacting customer support. Cancelling a Bonus will usually result in the removal of any remaining Bonus Funds and may lead to the forfeiture of winnings derived from Bonus Funds, as set out in the Bonus Policy. Real Money remaining in your Account will not normally be affected.
- Operator rights: We may withdraw, modify or cancel any Bonus or Promotion in accordance with applicable consumer and gambling regulations, provided that such changes do not negatively affect rights you have already acquired (for example, by fulfilling the conditions of a Bonus) without your consent, except where necessary to comply with law or regulatory instructions.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit methods and limits

- KYC and source of funds: We may require additional identity, address, payment ownership and source of funds documentation before approving any withdrawal, regardless of whether similar documents have been provided previously. If you fail to provide adequate documentation within a reasonable timeframe, we may cancel the withdrawal request and return the funds to your Account balance until verification is completed.
- Withdrawal limits and fees: We may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits, which will be communicated on the Website or during the withdrawal process. Refunds, chargebacks and account balance
- Refund policy: Deposits are used to place Bets and are not generally refundable once used in play. In exceptional circumstances, and at our discretion and in line with regulatory requirements, we may agree to refund unused deposits to the original Payment Method. Bonuses and winnings derived from Bonuses are not refundable if forfeited under these Terms or the Bonus Policy.
- Chargebacks and reversals: You agree not to request or initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without legitimate grounds. If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend or close your Account, cancel any pending withdrawals, and recover any funds or costs associated with the chargeback, including by deducting them from your Account balance.
- Inactive and closed accounts: If your Account remains inactive (no login or Bet) for a prolonged period, we may classify it as dormant and apply the procedures set out in our dormant accounts policy, in compliance with UK consumer law and Gambling Commission requirements. Any positive balance at the time of Account closure or long-term inactivity will be handled in accordance with applicable regulation, and we will make reasonable efforts to return funds to you.
- Player funds protection: Player funds are held in a manner consistent with the "Medium Protection" rating as defined by the UK Gambling Commission for account number 39335. This means that, in the unlikely event of insolvency, there is some degree of protection for customer funds but this does not guarantee that all funds will be repaid. Limitation of Liability
Operator responsibilities

Exclusions and limitations

Termination & Suspension
Operator's rights to suspend or close accounts
- Grounds for action: We may suspend or terminate your Account, restrict access to the Website, withhold deposits or winnings, or cancel Bets where we reasonably believe that: (a) you have breached these Terms, the Bonus Policy or any Game rules; (b) you are under 18 or otherwise ineligible to gamble; (c) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating or other unlawful or improper conduct; (d) you have self-excluded or registered with GamStop; or (e) we are required to do so by law, court order or regulatory instruction.
- Investigation and interim measures: During any investigation into suspected breaches or regulatory concerns, we may suspend your Account and/or freeze balances while we conduct our review and, where appropriate, consult regulators or law enforcement. We will act reasonably and proportionately and will keep suspensions in place only for as long as necessary.
Effects of termination and treatment of funds
- Closure by you: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Subject to any ongoing investigations and regulatory obligations, we will close your Account and, where appropriate, return any remaining Real Money balance to you via an approved Payment Method, after completion of necessary checks.
- Closure by us: Where we close or suspend your Account for cause (for example, due to fraud, underage gambling, serious breach of these Terms or regulatory requirements), we may be required to retain, confiscate or return funds in line with applicable law, regulatory guidance and our internal procedures. In some cases, Bets may be voided and Bonuses or winnings forfeited.
- Notification: We will, where lawful and reasonably practicable, notify you of the reasons for suspension or closure and the outcome of any investigation. However, in certain circumstances we may not be able to provide detailed information (for example, where doing so would compromise fraud prevention or legal obligations).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable law
- Governing law: These Terms, your use of the Website and any contracts arising from it are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your place of residence within the United Kingdom.
Dispute resolution and courts
- Internal complaints: If you have a complaint regarding Conquer Casino or the services provided via conquarcasino.com, you should first contact our customer support team using the details in the "Contact Information" section. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly and fairly in accordance with our internal complaints procedure.
